After two weeks of binging on the best pulled pork east of the Mississippi, my brother told me there was one more place I needed to visit. With the skepticism of a flat earther at a Bill Nye TED Talk, I agreed to go and go we went.
We arrived at the hole in the wall burger joint, ordered and to my amazement, the cook grabbed a burger patty and threw it in the fryer. The result was something unreal, delicious, and original. That was the moment I knew he needed to bring this magic to the West Coast. I took the fried burger and kicked it up a notch. The result was a breaded, seasoned, thick patty that will have you begging for more. It's a slider with a twist.
